When I asked the serviceman at the small engine counter to see if they had a fuel valve he refused, saying, "I don't have time to go through them all." I had the fittings needed along with me, but no model number. He said, "I need the make and model." The generator I'm working on HAS no make or model #, as the faceplate is worn off. He basically refused to meet the needs of the customer, even though he could've done it. BOO. Last time I shop there.

I did not buy anything from them but called regarding a key my daughter broke for an electronic lock in her friends apartment. They were very patient and helpful providing us with the information we needed to get the key replaced.
